High-speed Wire Rod Mill Line is one kind of wire rod mill production line usually refers to the wire rod rolled by "high-speed non-twist rolling mill".
Common low-carbon steel non-twist controlled cooling, hot-rolled wire rod (ZBH4403-88) and high-quality carbon steel non-twist controlled cooling, hot-rolled wire rod (ZBH44002-88). The rolling speed of the high-speed wire rod mill is 80-160 m/s, the weight of each unit (disk weight) is 1.8-2.5 tons, and the dimensional tolerance accuracy is high (up to 0.02mm). In the rolling process, the different requirements of the product can be guaranteed by adjusting the process parameters (especially on the cooling line).
The Difference between High-speed Wire Rod Mill Line and General Wire Rod Mill Line and Semi-High-speed Wire Rod Mill Line (Quasi-High Line)
1. The difference between high-speed wire rod mill line, general wire rod mill line, and semi-high wire rod mill line mainly in the rolling speed and the number of joints.
High-speed wire rod mill line rolling speed is higher, usually 80-160 m/s, the single disc is only cut without joints, compared with the general wire rod mill line has a faster production rhythm, larger disc weight (maximum disc weight can reach 2500 kg), the packaging is usually tighter, beautiful.
2. Common wire rod mill line refers to the wire rod rolled by "ordinary wire rod rolling mill (usually tandem duplex mill)". The rolling speed is 20-60 m/s, and the weight of each plate is 0.4-0.6 tons (generally seen in the market is three six heads for a large plate). During the rolling process, the product performance can only be guaranteed by air-cooling or air-cooling on the cooling line.
3. The semi-high wire rod mill line is between the two, which is actually a general wire rod mill line with better quality.
